Why Choose Nurtured Soles?
A calm space to relax, restore and reconnect
At Nurtured Soles, reflexology is about more than a treatment. It’s an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, take time for yourself and receive personalised support for your wellbeing in a calm and nurturing environment.
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re seeking relaxation, support through a challenging time, improved sleep, emotional balance or simply space to pause and recharge.
A personalised approach
No two people are the same, which is why every session begins with a conversation about how you are feeling and what you hope to gain from your treatment. Your reflexology session is then tailored specifically to you.
What Makes Nurtured Soles Different?

Frequently Asked Questions?
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that different areas of the feet, hands and face correspond with the body’s systems and structures. Gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points to encourage relaxation and support overall wellbeing.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a complimentary consultation, allowing time to discuss your health history, wellbeing goals and any questions you may have. Your treatment is then tailored to your individual needs.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients enjoy reflexology as a regular wellbeing practice, while others book sessions as and when needed. The number of treatments varies depending on your circumstances and goals.
Can I claim reflexology through my health cash plan?
As an AoR registered reflexologist, some clients may be able to claim back the cost of their treatments through their health cash plan or workplace wellbeing scheme. Please check directly with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Is reflexology suitable during cancer treatment?
I have specialist training in providing reflexology for people living with cancer or life-limiting illness. Treatments are adapted to your individual needs and circumstances to ensure they are gentle, supportive and appropriate.
